The Megamax C manual expects the user to know a LOT about
detailed operations never explained in any books I know.
How do I learn about "streams", "exception vectors", "polylines",
"Generalized Drawing Primitives", and "NDC to RC transformation"?
Learning C is not enough: you must know other things to use
Megamax C to its potential.
Perhaps there are books to read on this?
