From: dx547@cleveland.Freenet.Edu (Luis A. Matias) Subject: Memory Upgrade for a 520ST Date: Mon Dec 6 11:21:51 1993 I have an original 520ST (purchased in '86 or '87). I am curious as to how I can upgrade its memory. If a previous posting here has the info, please tell which message and I will read it. Basically, I'm wondering if there are any memory upgrade kits for this still available, and also if one can do this by obtaining the memory chips and soldering them in. Thanks. -- ----------------------------- Luis A. Depending on the revision # of your motherboard, there's between 5-20 solder connections. It's not too bad, though. I've done 5 of 'em. You can get the board at most major Atari dealers.
