The Serial Interface easily connects to the Portfolio's expansion bus. Permits operation of modems and other serial devices. Optional cable (DB9-DB25) required for modem connection. The Serial Interface may also be used to connect to Mac, Atari, IBM and most brand computers for data file transfers. Appropriate optional cables (null modem) required for data transfer, not included. Many Serial Interface functions require optional communications software, not included.
