From: ce231@cleveland.Freenet.Edu (John L. Sloane) Subject: mail files Date: Mon Oct 26 21:19:20 1992 Anyone know why, when using the 'check mail' command I can be told that I have 5 new messages, but when I go to the mail area, command '2', there may only one piece of mail. This has happened several times now, each time I've lost mail from umic's mail server. What have I missed? **** Answered by Michael Current, aa700: I've have no idea what's going on; I've never had such an experience. I suggest you use "go help" and try 14 Free-Net Bug Reports to see if you can get an answer there. If anyone reading this has an explanation for John, feel free to post here.
